Terms & Conditions for JabinForum App

Welcome to JabinForum (the “App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JabinForum mobile application available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About JabinForum

JabinForum is a Christian-oriented discussion platform designed to encourage respectful, faith-centered conversation. Our goal is to foster a welcoming environment rooted in Christian values.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Community Standards & Acceptable Use

By using JabinForum, you agree to communicate in a manner that is respectful, Christ-centered, and lawful.

You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

Contains profanity, vulgar language, or obscene material
Takes God’s name in vain or mocks Christian beliefs
Includes sexual, explicit, or pornographic content
Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or violence
Bullies, threatens, or personally attacks others
Is illegal, misleading, or fraudulent
Infringes on the rights of others

JabinForum reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Content may be moderated automatically or manually.
We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion.
Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account termination.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.
By posting content, you grant JabinForum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and features, is owned by JabinForum and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the App, you consent to those practices.

9. App Store Disclaimer

This App is distributed through Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for:

The App’s content or functionality
User support or moderation
Any claims related to the App

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JabinForum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
